Agadir · new build

The physics chain (EnergyPlus load profile → PV + battery dispatch → footprint) produced the design KPIs. The weekly planting plan is priced on those energy coefficients.

Sardinia · existing

No design phase — Calibrate rebuilds the same ledger from measured geometry, a year of meter data, and harvest records. Plan and Operate then work the same as for a new build.

Agadir figures are design-model outputs (feasibility study); Sardinia figures are demo data calibrated to the meter baseline. Labels on each block mark the difference.
